I Face GetYourGuide Tour Bus Leaving Without Picking Me Up at Meeting Point

Today, I purchased a Lindos sightseeing tour through GetYourGuide. The designated meeting point was listed as the “Bank of Greece,” and I arrived there before the scheduled meeting time. However, the tour bus passed by without picking me up.

I tried to contact the organizers by phone, but I could not reach anyone. Later, I was told, “We didn’t see you,” and the tour left without waiting at all. As a result, I was completely unable to use the service I paid for, and my booking was wasted.

I request that this inconvenience be resolved and that the $17 I paid be fully refunded to me.
