GetYourGuide Failed to Send Reservation Code for Paris Tour

I purchased two tickets through GetYourGuide for the Louvre Museum in Paris, with entry scheduled for December 12, 2025,... at 5:30 PM. The tickets cost €22 per person, for a total of €44. I paid by credit card in euros, and the charge appeared on my statement as “GetYourGuide” for €44. At the time of
