I Face Being Abandoned on the Road After GetYourGuide ATV Tour in Cappadocia

On August 20, 2025, I purchased an ATV tour in Ortahisar, Nevşehir through GetYourGuide from a company called Reputation Travel (Reservation No: GYG32MQWRWYA). I would like to report a very negative and unacceptable experience that occurred during this tour.

On the return trip, after I made a negative comment about the tour, company representatives left me on the side of the road. This behavior not only put my personal safety at risk, but was also completely unacceptable in terms of customer service and professional conduct.

After the incident, I was unable to contact GetYourGuide because there was no Turkish-language customer support available. I paid $66 for this tour, and I request that the harm I experienced be addressed and that appropriate action be taken against the service provider responsible for this behavior.
