GCash Charged ₱699 by STARREAD TECHNO LIMITED Without Authorization

On the morning of October 27, I opened my GCash app on my Android phone to check my balance and immediately noticed that the amount was lower than it should be. My balance should have been P1,421 but it had dropped to P722. Because of this difference, I reviewed my transactions and checked if I had subscribed to any application, but I did not see any subscription that I knowingly made. When I looked more closely at my GCash account under subscriptions, I saw a charge from STARREAD TECHNO LIMITED for P699. I do not remember ever subscribing to this application, I was not informed about any subscription, and I did not receive any text message or email warning or reminding me about a payment. I also did not authorize this transaction in any way. I request a full refund of the P699 that was deducted without my knowledge or consent and the cancellation of any subscription or recurring charge linked to STARREAD TECHNO LIMITED on my GCash account. I also ask for an explanation of how this transaction was processed despite the lack of my authorization and notification.
