On August 7, 2025, we purchased a Baku Caspian Sea boat tour for two people through GetYourGuide. We paid 150 manat per person for the tour we booked online. However, we later learned that if we had gone directly to the ticket booth and purchased the same tour in person, the price would have been only 20 manat per person. The price difference was extremely high, and we were clearly disadvantaged because of this.
In addition, the tour was advertised as lasting 1 hour, but it actually lasted only 30 minutes. After the tour ended, we were not dropped off by vehicle, and no additional service or privilege was offered. After experiencing these issues, we contacted both the tour operators and GetYourGuide customer service, but no refund was issued. During the tour, the staff simply told us to contact the company by email.
I am requesting a clear explanation for the excessive price difference and a refund of the amount we paid due to the misleading pricing and incomplete service.
