On March 24, I purchased tickets through GetYourGuide for entry to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill in Rome..., with a reservation date of April 2. However, my reservation was unilaterally canceled by the platform without clear or upfront notification. The cancellation notice was sent via
