I purchased two tickets through GetYourGuide for the Louvre Museum in Paris, with entry scheduled for December 12, 2025, at 5:30 PM. The tickets cost €22 per person, for a total of €44. I paid by credit card in euros, and the charge appeared on my statement as “GetYourGuide” for €44. At the time of purchase, my registered email address in the system was c********@hotmail.com.
However, I never received an email with my tickets or the required reservation code. I downloaded the app and created an account, then tried using the “import your reservation” section. I waited for the temporary reservation number to be sent via SMS, entered the number I received, but still no reservation appeared and I could not access my tickets.
During this process, I attempted to contact GetYourGuide customer service through both the app and the website but could not find a way to speak directly with a representative. I later sent an email but did not receive any response. Since the tour time was approaching and I did not want to risk being denied entry at the Louvre, we had to wait in line and purchase the tickets again.
As a result, I was unable to use the €44 ticket purchased through GetYourGuide and ended up paying twice for the same visit. I request a full refund of the unused €44 reservation.
