GetYourGuide Tour Guide Left Early—No Refund for Missed Tour

I booked a day tour in Amsterdam through GetYourGuide, and it turned out to be a huge mistake! I arrived at the meeting point on time at 9:00 AM and waited, but no one was there. I called twice, but no one answered. At 9:10 AM, I asked two different tour groups, and they told me the guide had already left before 9:15 AM!

How is this acceptable? I was on time, but the guide left early, and now I am being denied a refund. This is completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing. GetYourGuide, I demand a full refund immediately! If a guide leaves early, that’s not the customer’s fault. Fix this now!
