Google Pay AutoPay Deducted ₹1,650 Despite Cancellation Attempt

I hold an account with Karur Vysya Bank and recently faced an issue with an automatic payment linked to Google Pay. On 26-10-2026, an amount of 1,650 was debited from my account through this Google Pay auto pay even though I wanted to cancel it. I tried to cancel the auto pay within the app, but I could not complete the cancellation and the amount was still taken. This has caused me financial inconvenience, and I do not want any further automatic debits to occur in this way. I kindly request that the 1,650 debited on 26-10-2026 via Google Pay auto pay be refunded to my account and that this auto pay arrangement be completely cancelled so that no more such transactions are processed without my explicit consent.
