I Face GetYourGuide Charging My Card but Not Creating Accademia Gallery Booking

Today, between 10:00 and 11:00, I purchased a ticket for the Accademia Gallery through GetYourGuide. My payment of 165.67 PLN was completed successfully, and I have the payment slip showing the date, time, merchant number, and transaction reference.
However, my reservation never appeared in the system. Because of this, I cannot see the booking or cancel it. I completed the purchase without logging in, using my @gmail.com email address. At this point, there is no confirmation email, no booking record in my account, and no notification of any kind. Since no reference or reservation number was generated, I also cannot provide one to customer support, leaving my issue completely unresolved.
I have clear proof that the payment was successfully processed. I request that my reservation be properly created in the system, or that the full amount be refunded to me.
