Charged Again by FaceApp on App Store Despite Active Google Play Subscription

7I have been using the FaceApp application for 6 years, and my annual subscription, originally purchased through Google Play, is valid until July 2026. However, after switching to an iPhone, a ₺1,000 charge was made again from my account via the App Store on October 14, 2025. After noticing this duplicate charge, I contacted my bank, but no solution was provided. Moreover, there seems to be no direct customer support platform available for FaceApp.
The email address associated with my subscription is s*********@gmail.com**. I request a refund for the incorrect ₺1,000 charge and ask that my active subscription continue only through the App Store from now on. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
