I Report FaceApp for ₺1,000 Charge After Canceling Subscription on Time

I had purchased a yearly FaceApp subscription, but on August 29, I canceled it directly through the application. Despite canceling on time, my Vodafone mobile bill was charged ₺1,000 for this subscription in the same month.
Inside the app, it clearly displayed a message saying “Subscription canceled”, yet the charge still appeared on my Vodafone invoice. I have not yet contacted FaceApp or Vodafone customer service, because the billing statement itself clearly shows this unauthorized charge.
I find it unacceptable that such a high fee is being demanded when I already canceled my subscription properly and on time. This situation has caused unnecessary financial stress and inconvenience.
I am requesting that the ₺1,000 charge be reversed immediately and that this unauthorized billing issue be corrected on my Vodafone account. Customers should be able to trust that a canceled subscription will not result in hidden or unfair charges.
