FaceApp keeps saying “Something went wrong” when I upload photos, how can I fix this error?

When you try to upload pictures to FaceApp and get the message "Something went wrong," make sure your internet connection is stable first.

If the problem still happens, try clearing the app's cache and data. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > FaceApp > Storage and tap "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data." On iOS, remove the app and then reload it.

Some users have also been able to fix this error by connecting through a VPN to a different area, like the United States.

There may be a problem with FaceApp's computers if these steps don't fix the problem. In this case, it's best to wait and try again later.
