BC Game Withdrawal of 9,717 INR Missing After Success Status

On January 23, 2026, at approximately 2:40:45 PM, I requested a withdrawal of 9,717 INR from my BC Game account to my bank account. In the transaction details, the order ID is F-1855098134998122510, the status is shown as “success,” and a fee of 287 INR was deducted.
However, despite the transaction being marked as successful on the BC Game platform, the 9,717 INR has not been credited to my bank account. After realizing that the funds had not arrived, I submitted a report to BC Game customer support regarding this issue.
To date, I have not received any response or explanation from BC Game, and the funds are still missing from my bank account. I request that this withdrawal be urgently investigated, that my 9,717 INR be credited to my bank account as soon as possible, and that any platform-related error be clearly explained and resolved.
