On October 7, 2025, I attempted to purchase the FaceApp Pro membership through my iOS device. The subscription page clearly stated that the monthly fee was ₺83, and that the annual plan would be charged based on this monthly rate. However, as soon as I completed the purchase via the App Store, I noticed that ₺1,000 was withdrawn from my account all at once.
I tried to contact FaceApp customer service, but received no response. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I feel completely misled by the unclear pricing. During the purchase, there was no warning or notification about any price change or total amount being charged upfront.
I request a full refund of the ₺1,000 and expect my issue to be resolved promptly to prevent further inconvenience.
