I Accidentally Purchased FaceApp Pro and Can’t Cancel or Get a Refund
On July 8, I accidentally purchased the FaceApp Pro subscription through my iPhone, and I was unable to cancel the transaction in time. The subscription fee was charged directly to the phone bill associated with my number 5421357*. I did not intend to make this purchase, and there was no clear option to undo or cancel it immediately.
Despite trying to reverse the charge through the app and my Apple ID settings (esm**@gmail.com**), I couldn’t find any way to stop the payment from being processed. This has resulted in an unexpected and unwanted charge on my account.
I am requesting urgent assistance from Apple Support and FaceApp to process a refund for this accidental purchase. Please remove the FaceApp Pro subscription from my account and ensure that no recurring charges are applied going forward. I expect to be contacted as soon as possible to resolve this issue and to receive a full refund.
