Today, I attempted to purchase the annual FaceApp subscription plan. On the purchase screen, it was clearly displayed as ₺83 per month, and it was indicated that the total would be billed accordingly when selecting the annual option. However, when I completed the transaction through the App Store, I was shocked to see that ₺1000 was charged to my account immediately.
I tried to contact FaceApp customer support, but I have not received any response so far. This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue, and it has left me frustrated and feeling misled by unclear or deceptive pricing.
I am formally requesting a full refund of the ₺1000 that was wrongfully charged. If FaceApp cannot honor the advertised monthly rate, I expect my money to be returned without delay. As a customer, I should not be penalized for misleading or inconsistent subscription pricing.
