Even though I canceled my FaceApp subscription about one month ago, my card was still charged $2 per week for three consecutive weeks, totaling $7. I was negatively affected because these charges continued despite the cancellation.
When I contacted FaceApp support to get help, I repeatedly received emails saying “No subscription found.” On one hand, FaceApp continues to charge my card, and on the other hand, they claim that no subscription exists, offering no solution. As a result, I am now in a situation where I don’t even know what I am supposed to cancel.
I demand that FaceApp refund the $7 charged over the last three weeks, and that all subscriptions and my card information be completely removed from their system. I request that this issue be properly investigated and my grievance resolved.
