Parimatch Deposit Failed 5000 INR

I made a deposit of $60 to my Pari Match account on the 4th. The payment was successfully processed by my bank, but it failed on Pari Match’s side, and the amount has not been credited back to me. My player ID is 446127935, and the UTR number for this transaction is 118169734013. I have already contacted customer support and a support ticket has been created, but the ticket status is still pending and the issue has not been resolved. Since the payment was successful on the bank’s end but failed on Pari Match’s side, I request that the $60 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I kindly ask that this transaction be reviewed using the player ID and UTR number I have provided and that the refund be processed without any further delay.
