Citroën e-C4X Sunroof Drain Leak Causes Repeated Interior Water Damage

The Citroën e-C4X I purchased in June 2025 allows a significant amount of water to enter the cabin when the sunroof drainage channel becomes clogged. When I brought the vehicle to the authorized service center in Ankara on October 19, 2025 with this complaint, they simply cleaned the drainage channel and returned the car to me, saying the issue would no longer occur. However, the same problem happened again last week, and the vehicle once again took on water inside. It is not acceptable for a vehicle to allow such severe water intrusion simply because the sunroof drainage channel becomes clogged, especially in terms of passenger safety and the vehicle’s interior electronic components. I do not want to worry about whether it will rain while driving a Citroën with a sunroof. Tomorrow, I will take the vehicle back to the authorized service center in Ankara to have the issue properly diagnosed and officially documented. I expect Citroën to resolve this issue—which is starting to appear chronic—not with a temporary drain cleaning, but with a permanent and safe solution, and, if necessary, to fully cover the cost of the repair, including parts and labor, as a brand responsibility.
