On September 25, 2025, I experienced a serious billing issue with the FaceApp Pro subscription on my iPhone 13. I had activated a free trial, and before the trial period expired, I canceled the subscription directly through the App Store. Despite canceling in time, my account was still charged ₺1,000 for a one-year Pro membership without my authorization.
I never received any warning notification or confirmation message that the charge would be applied after cancellation. This is the first time I have faced such a problem with an App Store subscription. I took the necessary steps in good faith to avoid being charged, yet the payment was still processed against my will.
I am requesting the immediate refund of the ₺1,000 charge and confirmation that my FaceApp Pro subscription has been fully canceled. Users should not be billed after timely canceling a free trial, and I expect Apple and FaceApp to correct this issue promptly.
