FaceApp Overcharge Refund Issue Unresolved
On October 13, 2025, I attempted to purchase a FaceApp membership through the app’s official website using my bank card. The membership fee was supposed to be ₺200, but instead, ₺1,000 was withdrawn from my account. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and I have no order or customer number associated with the purchase. After completing the payment, I only received a bank receipt, which did not include any transaction number or FaceApp-related details.
I do not wish to cancel the membership—I only request that the extra ₺800 charged be refunded to my account. I have not yet contacted FaceApp customer service about this issue. I kindly ask that the overcharged amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
