I previously had an active and fully functional FaceApp Pro subscription on my Samsung phone. Around 6–7 months ago, I switched to an iPhone, but when I logged into the app, it asked me to purchase the Pro plan again. I paid once more through mobile billing, and in total, at least ₺2,000 has been charged to my phone bill so far. Despite these payments, I still can’t access any of the Pro features. When I try to use premium tools, I get a “Unlock Pro” message, and when I attempt to repurchase the subscription, I see a message saying: “You are subscribed to this item. Your FaceApp Pro subscription will continue for ₺1,000 starting August 12, 2026...” Selecting other subscription options results in additional charges, but the Pro features still remain locked.
It seems that this issue is linked to both my old Samsung device and my new iPhone. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, but it didn’t help. Since there is no option to log out from FaceApp, I also can’t re-login or refresh my account manually.
I contacted FaceApp Support three times—on June 22, June 26, and October 4, 2025—but I only received automated responses and no real assistance.
I am requesting both a refund of the excess charges and the activation of my Pro subscription immediately. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as it has caused repeated and unnecessary financial loss.
