New Dacia Sandero Stepway Leaks Water During Rain

I purchased a brand-new 2023 Dacia Sandero Stepway from an authorized dealer in September 2023, but the vehicle does not meet the basic quality and safety expectations of a new car. For approximately three months, every time it rains, water leaks into the car through the left rear door. I first noticed this issue in November 2025, and despite the time that has passed, the problem continues exactly the same.

I visited the Bodrum Kutay authorized service center twice regarding this issue. The service center claimed that they adjusted the door alignment and tried to justify the problem by saying that Bodrum is a rainy region, attempting to present water entering the vehicle during rain as something “normal.” A brand-new vehicle under warranty allowing water to enter through the door, and an authorized service treating this as normal, is completely unacceptable to me.

I demand that Dacia permanently and definitively resolve the issue of water leaking into my vehicle through the left rear door during rain. If this problem cannot be fully and permanently fixed, I request a refund of the amount I paid for the vehicle. I ask that my grievance be addressed urgently and that this serious defect be taken with the seriousness it deserves.
