FaceApp Keeps Charging My Card Even After Canceling Subscription
I purchased a 1-month FaceApp Pro subscription, but even after the membership expired, charges continued to be deducted from my card without my consent. Since June 29, the subscription has been automatically renewed three times, each time withdrawing money as soon as funds became available in my account. These transactions were completely unauthorized and occurred without my approval.
The email linked to my FaceApp account is g************@gmail.com**. I have tried multiple ways to contact customer support, but I have been unable to find any direct help channel.
I request that my subscription be immediately canceled and that all unauthorized charges be refunded to my account. I also ask FaceApp to ensure this issue does not recur for other users.
