FaceApp Renewed My Subscription Without My Consent and Kept Charging Me
I voluntarily purchased a paid FaceApp subscription through the App Store in November. However, in December and January, my subscription was automatically renewed without my knowledge or consent, and charges were taken from my account.
Last month, I emailed FaceApp to explain that my subscription had been renewed without my approval, asked them not to renew it again, and requested that the issue be corrected. Despite this, I received no response, and this month they renewed the subscription again and charged my account once more.
Due to these unauthorized renewals, I demand that all charges taken in December and January be refunded, and that my subscription be terminated immediately.
