I Face Unauthorized Charge on iPhone FaceApp Premium After Instant Cancellation
On the night of October 6, 2025, I purchased an annual FaceApp Premium subscription through my iPhone (iOS) device. I bought it just to try the app, and I immediately canceled the subscription—both through the App Store and directly within the app. Despite this, a charge of ₺1,000 was billed to my Turkcell line via Paycell mobile payment, and the amount still appears on my phone bill.
I contacted both Apple App Store and FaceApp via email, but I have not received any refund or any response at all. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I didn’t receive any error message or warning during the cancellation process.
Even though I canceled the subscription instantly, the failure to refund my payment has caused unnecessary frustration and financial loss. I request an immediate refund of the ₺1,000 that was wrongfully charged to my account.
