I Demand Refund for Extra FaceApp Subscription Payments

On September 23, 2025, I subscribed to the annual FaceApp membership through my iPhone in Ankara, Turkey. Unfortunately, my credit card was charged ₺1,000 three separate times for the same subscription.

Out of these three payments, only one refund has been processed. My bank confirmed that three separate charges were made on the same day, but only one reversal has appeared in my account. I have a receipt dated September 24 for the single refund, while no proof of refund exists for the remaining two charges.

When I contacted the FaceApp support team, they insisted that only one refund had been issued and denied any further action. However, my bank statement clearly shows that ₺3,000 was deducted in total. At this point, my FaceApp subscription still shows as active, and when I attempted to cancel it, I was not given clear confirmation whether the cancellation had actually gone through.

I am requesting that the second duplicate charge be refunded immediately. If this is not possible, then I demand that both of the remaining extra charges be refunded and that my subscription be fully canceled to avoid any further billing issues.

My Apple ID ends with 2017, and I expect a full investigation and correction of this error.
