I Report FaceApp for Unauthorized Charge

On September 6, 2025, a purchase was made on the FaceApp application through the App Store by my younger sibling without my knowledge or consent. During the subscription process, it was clearly stated that the fee would be billed as ₺18 per month over a 12-month period. However, when I reviewed my bill today, I was shocked to see that my Turkcell mobile line was charged ₺1000 in a single payment upfront.
I have not used this application, nor did I authorize such a high payment. Paying such a large amount for a service I never intended to purchase is unacceptable. The order number for this transaction is MT1D9912Y0.
So far, I have not yet submitted any cancellation or refund request. I am formally requesting that this subscription be canceled immediately and that the ₺1000 payment be refunded to my account without delay. Customers should not be misled by unclear billing practices or charged in full when the advertisement clearly indicates monthly installments.
