For quite some time, I’ve been seeing the warning “Contact us to remove the hold on your account” along with the OR_CCR_53 error code on my Google Play account. Whenever I try to purchase the FaceApp app on my Samsung S23 device using my bank card, this issue keeps occurring, and I’m unable to complete the transaction. No charge has been made to my account.
I contacted Google Play Customer Service regarding this issue, but I haven’t received any response, and the problem still persists.
I request that this issue be resolved and my account restored to normal so I can make purchases without interruption.
