To fix any short-term problems, start by restarting your phone. Next, go to Settings > Apps > FaceApp > Storage. Then, tap "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data" to get rid of any damage files.
Check the Google Play Store for changes to make sure you have the most up-to-date version of FaceApp.
If the issue still happens, remove the app and reinstall it to make sure the download is complete.
Apps can sometimes crash because they don't work well with other apps or system settings. If you start up your device in Safe Mode, you can see if a third-party app is the problem.
To get into Safe Mode, hold down the power button and then tap and hold "Power off" until you see the Safe Mode message.
FaceApp should work in Safe Mode. If it doesn't, the issue is probably with another app you bought.
Also, go to Settings > System > System Update to see if there are any system updates available. Updating your device can fix compatibility problems.
