I Got Charged by FaceApp Pro After Canceling Subscription and Can’t Use the Features

I subscribed to FaceApp Pro specifically to edit my videos, but to my disappointment, I’ve only been able to use it for photo editing. The video editing feature, which was the main reason I downloaded and paid for this app, is either not working or not available at all on my account. I’ve tried multiple times to access video functionality, but it simply doesn’t work—there’s no option, no tools, nothing.
This is extremely frustrating because the app description and promotional materials made it seem like full video editing was part of the Pro package. If this issue cannot be resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription.
I expect FaceApp support to either fix this functionality on my account or clearly explain why it’s not available, and process a refund if necessary. I’m paying for a service I cannot fully use, and that’s unacceptable. Please take action as soon as possible.
