I Request Account Recovery After eFootball Hack

I am writing regarding my Konami account for eFootball 2026, which appears to have been hacked. On January 5, 2026, I discovered that someone had gained unauthorized access to my account and changed both the registered email address and the password. As a result, I am no longer able to log in.

The account was originally registered using the email address jisah25***@gmail.com, and I am the rightful owner of this account. Because the login credentials and registered email were changed without my consent, I have completely lost access and am unable to secure the account on my own.
