Cancel DeepL Translate Subscrition And Refund
I have a DeepL subscription linked to the email address staalecalzone****@gmail.com, which I tried to cancel several times before the end of the trial period. Despite these attempts, DeepL has continued to charge my credit card issued by Odal Sparebank in Norway, and most recently, an amount of 212,34 NOK was withdrawn from my account. Today I contacted DeepL by email to resolve this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I find it very frustrating that I cannot cancel the subscription properly and that I am still being charged even though I tried to cancel in time. I request that my DeepL subscription be cancelled immediately and that the last payment of 212,34 NOK be fully refunded to my card. I also ask for written confirmation once the cancellation has been completed so that I can be sure no further charges will be made.
