FaceApp Pro Not Working on Android After Payment – I Demand Fix

Today, I purchased a FaceApp Pro subscription for ₺200 on my Android device using my account (e**********@gmail.com**). However, after completing the payment, the Pro membership was never activated and the app keeps showing repeated error messages. Most notably, I receive a warning saying: “Subscription confirmation could not be verified.”

I have the official payment receipt to prove that the charge was successfully processed. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue with FaceApp, and I have not yet contacted customer service. It is extremely frustrating to pay for a service and not be able to access the features I purchased.

I am requesting that my Pro subscription be activated immediately so that I can use the app without errors. Alternatively, if the problem cannot be resolved quickly, I expect a full refund for the ₺200 payment. As a paying customer, I deserve either full access to the service or my money back.
