BDG Win Deposit of $240 Missing After UPI Transfer
On January 18, 2026, I made a deposit of $240 to my BDG Win account using UPI. The payment was successfully completed on my end, and the UPI ID used for the transaction was soumya1**@iob. Despite the payment going through, the amount has not been credited to my BDG Win account. After noticing that the money was not received in my gaming account, I contacted BDG Win customer support about this issue. They informed me that the matter is “under review,” but since then there has been no resolution and the $240 is still missing, even though it has been debited from my bank via UPI. I request that my $240 deposit be credited to my BDG Win account as soon as possible or that the necessary action be taken without any further delay. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as the delay is causing me serious inconvenience.
