Tefal Robot Vacuum Malfunctions Repeatedly Despite Multiple Service Visits
I have not been able to use the Tefal X-L robot vacuum cleaner that I purchased through Trendyol properly since the day I bought it. The device constantly behaves as if it is confused: instead of moving straight, it zigzags, struggles unnecessarily, and makes abnormal noises while doing so. I bought this product to make my life easier, but instead it has become a source of frustration. At this point, I can honestly say that the product has spent more time at the service center than with me. When I send it in for service, I am usually told things like “the wheel was replaced,” but I do not believe the issue is related to the wheels. Based on the device’s behavior, I strongly believe the problem is related to software, memory, or navigation. When I call the voice support line, they dismiss this behavior as “normal,” but as someone who actually uses the product, I can clearly see that what I am experiencing is not normal for a functioning device. Moreover, even though my problems with the product have never been resolved, the service center is now demanding a repair fee, claiming that the warranty period has expired. Being asked to pay a service fee for a product that has never worked properly since the day I bought it makes my situation even more unfair. I am requesting that my grievance regarding this product—purchased through Trendyol under order number 4677283996—be resolved. I want the product to be permanently repaired with the issue genuinely fixed, including any necessary software updates. If this is not possible, I request a clear solution such as a replacement or a full refund. I am exhausted from dealing with the service center repeatedly and facing the same problems every time, and I now expect a clear and permanent resolution.
