On September 21, 2025, after the end of my FaceApp Pro trial period, my subscription was automatically renewed without my consent, and ₺1000 was charged to my account. I received no prior notification, warning, or confirmation request regarding this renewal. I was completely unaware of this charge until I checked my bank records.
I was using the subscription on iOS, and I have the official bank transaction receipt confirming the payment. As soon as I noticed the unauthorized charge, I canceled the subscription immediately and contacted the FaceApp support team. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance from them.
This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and my subscription is now canceled. However, the charge was unfairly processed, and I am left with no service in return. I kindly request the refund of the ₺1000 payment, as it was made without my knowledge or approval. If necessary, I can provide the bank receipt for verification.
I expect a quick resolution and clear communication from FaceApp regarding this matter.
