Hello, the issue with the parts of my product was resolved. A gentleman I contacted through sikayetvar.com took care of it and provided a replacement. However, because of the filter warning issue, they sent my device to the service center, only to clean the filter and send it back, and unfortunately, the problem persists. It keeps giving a filter warning, which reduces its suction power. It seems like I will have to apply to the Consumer Court because of this issue. We pay 25,000 lira for the product, but it is returned without the issue being resolved. I am incredibly regretful for purchasing it.
