As a frustrated Dyson V12 owner, I’ve experienced recurring issues with my handheld vacuum purchased on October 9, 2022. In just two years, it’s broken three times: First, the tube cracked (a problem reported by many others), then the filter malfunctioned (another common issue), and now, just two days ago, it randomly shuts off on its own.
I called Dyson customer service, only to be told it would cost ₺3,400 to fix it because my warranty expired just 10 days ago. Paying this much for a product with repeated, well-known defects is truly upsetting. Dyson, please understand our frustration and provide a fair solution for a device with ongoing issues.
