ChatGPT Response Included Offensive-Looking Text

I am writing this complaint because of an incident I experienced while using the free version of ChatGPT on my Android phone on May 5, 2026 at approximately 1:00 PM. In one of the responses generated to my message, I noticed an expression similar to “××z,” which I perceived as insulting and disrespectful.

Seeing such wording inside an AI-generated response made me uncomfortable and caused me to feel insecure about the reliability of the system. As a user, I expect a satisfactory explanation regarding how this kind of expression could appear in a response generated by artificial intelligence. If necessary, I request that the related records and response logs be reviewed and that I be clearly informed about why and how this expression was produced.

Because of the discomfort and concern caused by this situation, I also want the process and related records to be documented in case of any future legal or compensation claims. I expect a detailed explanation regarding this issue and that the necessary precautions be taken to prevent similar situations from happening again.
