On March 9th, 2023, I purchased a wallet from Aliexpress and chose the free shipping option. Unfortunately, during the ordering process, I entered the incorrect name and surname details. I wasn't aware of this until I received a notification that the order had already been shipped. I contacted the seller to resolve the issue, but they were unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do. The product had already been stuck in Turkish customs for 4-5 days, and there was no way to change the information. To make matters worse, the cargo was turned over to a Turkish company called Sinotrans, which is now demanding payment from me. It's frustrating to see Aliexpress working with such an unprofessional company and causing so much trouble for their customers. I attempted to contact Aliexpress for assistance, but there does not appear to be anyone available to help me. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I hope that others can learn from my error and double-check all the details before placing an order on Aliexpress.
