On September 13, 2025, I purchased a 9558004470 Left S Model Left-Hand Rehabilitation Robot from the Jbmbhc Dropship Store on AliExpress (Order No: 1115892949607466) and paid $57. The order was confirmed, and the payment was successfully processed. However, the product never arrived. The tracking number (9558004470) provided shows no movement or shipping activity, and there is no evidence that the item was ever shipped.
AliExpress later marked the order as delivered, but no shipping company information or recipient details were provided. I contacted both the seller and AliExpress multiple times, and each time I was told the issue was being “investigated,” yet no solution was provided for 25 days. Eventually, I was told that I needed to prove I didn’t receive the item, even though it should be the seller’s responsibility to prove shipment. The product never reached me, and I have been left completely without support.
In the past, I had a similar issue, but AliExpress refunded me promptly. This time, however, I have neither received the product nor the refund for my payment. I request that the full amount of $57 I paid be refunded to my account immediately.
