Imile Shows Delivered Status for Missing AliExpress Order
I placed an order on AliExpress on January 1 for delivery to Gravina in Puglia, Italy. The shipment was handled by Imile under tracking number 6010226304239. Although I never received the package, Imile marked the order as delivered on January 12 at 12:29 PM.
After noticing the “delivered” status, I contacted customer service and was told that the package had been delivered, even though nothing was received at my address. I have not been provided with any proof of delivery or a clear explanation of where the parcel was allegedly left.
I am requesting that a thorough investigation be conducted into the courier and the delivery process for this shipment. I also request that my refund be processed, as I paid for an item that never arrived despite being marked as delivered in the system.
