AliExpress Order Canceled Same Day, Refund Still Missing

On October 24, I placed an order for a wallet through AliExpress. I canceled the order on the same day. My order number is 000a1JUt. I made the payment using my bank card. However, despite the time that has passed, the refund has not yet been credited to my account, and I have not received any updates or notifications regarding the process.

So far, I have not contacted AliExpress customer service. I request that my refund be processed and deposited into my account as soon as possible.
