AliExpress Buyer Protection Expired Before Delivery — How to Get a Refund

On October 20, 2025, I purchased a product titled “Watch Timegrapher Testing Device – Mechanical Watch Calibration and Detection Tool for Watchmakers, Compatible with PC and Mobile” on AliExpress under order number 911737188, paying a total of $29. However, my order was accidentally closed, and there has been no movement or tracking activity since then. The product has not been delivered to my address, and there is no note or explanation visible in my order history.

I sent a message to AliExpress customer service, but I have not received any response. My order is also no longer covered by Buyer Protection.

I request that my product be shipped to my address as soon as possible or, if that is not possible, that the $29 I paid be refunded in full.
