MyIQ Subscription Charge Taken Without Approval

I made a one-time payment of approximately $0.50 on the MyIQ website for a trial test, with my full knowledge and consent. However, on March 20, 2026, an additional charge of approximately $31 was made from my Garanti Bank card under the name “MyIQ.COM/US.” This transaction was carried out completely without my knowledge or approval, and I did not make any subscription or additional purchase related to this amount.

I would like to clearly state that this charge was unauthorized. I request that the $31 payment be immediately canceled and fully refunded to me, that any account associated with MyIQ be completely closed, and that all of my card information stored in your systems be permanently deleted.

Additionally, I request that all necessary security and control measures be reviewed to prevent such unauthorized charges from happening again, and that no further transactions be made from my Garanti Bank card without my explicit consent.
