On October 9, 2025, I ordered a product called “Ultra Quiet Water Pump Mini DC12V/24V” from AliExpress (Order No: 1116375449237750). When I received the package on October 26, 2025, it contained only a 24V adapter, and the actual pump was missing from the shipment.
I contacted AliExpress customer service multiple times regarding the issue and submitted a refund request, but I was informed that I would not receive any refund unless I returned the item. Even though I sent multiple photos and evidence clearly showing the missing product, they kept requesting more pictures, unnecessarily prolonging the process. In the end, my complaint was left unresolved, and the case was closed without a solution.
This is not the first time I have experienced such a problem. In this order, despite paying $12, I was left without the actual product. I request that the full amount I paid be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
