AliExpress Carburetor Tool Set Delivered Incomplete - Missing 18 Pieces

On 25.11.2025, I ordered 2 sets—meaning a total of 20 pieces—of the chainsaw carburetor adjustment keys that were shown as a 10-piece set on the seller’s page on AliExpress. However, when my package arrived, I saw that only 1 piece from each set was sent, totaling just 2 pieces. Even though the listing clearly displayed images of a 10-piece set, my order was sent incomplete, and the remaining 18 pieces were never delivered to me. I contacted the seller and initiated the dispute process through AliExpress, but no solution has been provided so far. I request that the missing 18 keys be sent to me, and/or that a refund be issued for the undelivered items. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved urgently.
