AliExpress Charged Me $17 but No Order Appears in My Account
On December 12, I made a purchase on AliExpress for a product. After the transaction, $17 was charged to my card, but I cannot find this item anywhere on my account pages or in my orders. Since I can’t locate the product, I am also unable to cancel it.
During this process, I keep seeing screens asking me to sign up for a monthly subscription, but all I want to do is cancel the purchase I already made. I have the information labeled “merchant no: 656608619,” but even with this, I still cannot access the order or terminate the transaction.
I request that AliExpress immediately locate the order associated with this transaction, cancel it right away, and urgently refund the $17 that was taken from my card.
